Shipping, Returns, Refunds
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with an estimated ship date, at which time you will have the option to cancel your order.
Requests for returns may be made by emailing us at email@example.com. We may accept returns only if the items are unopened, in sellable condition, and in all original packaging. The request to return the item must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus all shipping costs.
If we are out of stock of an item that you ordered or if your order is cancelled before it is shipped then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
